History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Crown-heir.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Vicky was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. History: She comes from a rich western family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Maegan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Maegan. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
