History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Rangrim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the north to a Cook, Taklinn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To be a Bricklayer again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Orc culture. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Wobbles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Wobbles abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Baker.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
