When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Valida was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Valida's homeland. Valida decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Darrak hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.
