Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. He became a Layabout soon after.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She worked as a nervous Barrister and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Barrister for hire.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born in the west. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a great chef.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 4'2" and dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She keeps her blonde hair in a flapper bob. Her half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Yurgunn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
