History: Tawna lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He uses divination through singing.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Art and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
