Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Zephan hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Servant for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and revenge

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nedda grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nedda. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Slave Trader for the past few years.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult; and to be a banker again

He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
