History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Nagrette was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Aerdeth's homeland. Aerdeth decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now owns his own business.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Shepherd soon after.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and wants to work out more often

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
