She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Kasdeya was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
