Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vonana embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in a small island village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. He has achieved small success as a Mercenary.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: Kelter is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Rohesia lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has achieved small success as a Painter.

History: Born in the south to a Sage, Ella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Doctor, but she got bored and became a Sage. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Description: This late middle aged man prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor and is in decent physical shape. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Morkral hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
