Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roge was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Roge and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 17. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She works hard and plays hard.
History: She was born in the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants and is in decent physical shape. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Crampernap took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Olrok lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Interpreter, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

He sports a flattop fur cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 6'0". He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a greatsword on his belt, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greatsword. His blue hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are gold and catlike.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: Jezebeth was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
