To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. After a long history of fighting, Dustin and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Burgell liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shipwright.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Theren took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.
