History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Roland abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. Personality: Barbena is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Barbena was born with her mother's beautiful face. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Shamash was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barber. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest man in the north

She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Doudra is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: He wears a tan vest and prefers red and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has wavy white hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born in a small plains village. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is dressed in a clean violet cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Arannis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
