He is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and brown handkerchief worn on his left side, and his gloved hand is found clutching a glaive. He has shaved his head bald. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
