Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Brottor was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
