History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Smoking has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Chaedi learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rhogar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Doctor mother left her crippled. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She became a Fortune-teller soon after.

Motivation: To be a Brewer again.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the east

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A gifted student he started as a Junk Dealer, but he got bored and became a Seamstress. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Seamstress for the past few years.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Giselle alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she wants revenge against illithids
