History: He was raised by priests from a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified.
