History: Kerkad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bookbinder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eran grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Elama was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She tends to her Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She wears a feathered hat to cover her moderate length red hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Xanaphia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born into a rich family. Egelina abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Motivation: She is greedy; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Imsh hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Imsh began to lead the lost caravan. He has worked as a Sailor like his mother before him.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and to prove his worth to the world

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She wears skinny pants and wears a black and pastel robe with the hood down. She has styled her dark red hair well, parting it to the left. Her red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Map Maker. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and balancing her hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult
