History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alberich was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Aline will drive conversation. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Aline was born with her mother's beautiful face. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Being a Shepherd kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: Hillanot speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
