Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Ortegar was born with his father's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right.
