She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Pearl never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
