History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Eloise was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Eloise's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She got into the Sailor business at a young age. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She struck the Sailor job and began her own company from there.

History: Alexandre was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Alexandre liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Oriel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Nedda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nedda never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
