Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. A true patriot, Soveliss would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Soveliss hails from a village terrorized by giants. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
