History: He comes from a rich southern family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Caelynn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing a long, yellow, dusty cloak. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Locksmith, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
