She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Carrie never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
