Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sethrekar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sethrekar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs.

Description: She stands about 5'8" and wears a worn and beaten armor. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: Standing 4'10", this man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Thervan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He wears a brown vest and prefers white and violet shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Gomory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Bernard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bernard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has a crush on the local sage

Description: She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. She has a dull look in her black eyes.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gifted student she started as a Doctor, but she got bored and became a Mercenary. After a long history of fighting, Pyra and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: This tall, slender man wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Pallabar took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and retire the richest man in the west

History: Ernest was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
