Description: This tall, slender man wears a grey vest and prefers white and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Anselm was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Anselm's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His childhood dream was to be a Ploughman, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. After coming to the age of reason, Odo took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Symma was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Isabella speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She bought a nunchaku and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Xappan Moral, Male Tiefling [Permalink]

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears skinny pants and wears a green and yellow robe with the hood down. He keeps his blue hair in a pixie cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Xappan hails from a village terrorized by illithids. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Xappan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
