Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Shag lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the east to a Tailor, Merla learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tailor.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sculptor for hire.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
