History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Her red eyes peer out from beneath her small black hat.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and revenge

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ernest is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the west to a Butcher, Ernest learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Tethren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Drifting was born the youngest of three triplets. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Tanner, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her childhood dream was to be a Spy, but she was a colossal failure. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
