History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bookbinder. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
