Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Sun and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
