History: Born in the east to a Engraver, Ovak learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Therai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Servant, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fletcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: Gaaki is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and balancing her hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has achieved small success as a Cook.
