Description: This man is very fat, and wears a red cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Gormogord was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gormogord's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gormogord and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Her chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: Aasathra hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she has money and likes to spend it

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eldeth grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears his silver hair up. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Quarion was born with his father's beautiful face. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Quarion never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shortbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. He wears his red hair down. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Delg took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Delg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Miles grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Miles and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Miles discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Miles fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
