Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Mason. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Joan was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Joan was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She takes great joy in being the best Architect in town.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Fistula was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He was born in the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
