History: Born in the east to a Servant, Zepar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: She was born in the east. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
