Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barkeep but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Nicholas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Revenge; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Vanuath enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Godfrey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Umpen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Priest for hire.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and wants a kiss

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Nimble is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He got into the Brewer business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
