History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Maynild grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Maynild. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Seamstress. She's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's also a talented Armorer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Nyx was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Through the years after Nyx was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nyx's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She worked as a nervous Shepherd and found it very stressful. She tends to her Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is very fat, and tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dimble embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Dimble never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
