Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fulbar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Fulbar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
