History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hecat grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
