Description: The light-skinned woman stands 5'0" and tends to wear a yellow poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. She wears her black fur down. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her crest is copper and very short. Her eyes are likewise gold. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Synthrin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mortician but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Gifted from a young age, Nimble studied abroad. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His hair is long and black with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor
