Personality: Holg is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Holg lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 3'3" and wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her red hair is unkempt and raggedy. She is baby faced.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Waywocket liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Waywocket fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Paggen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Paggen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Flask's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Herleva was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Bellfounder. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
