Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is obsessed with his god.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up work as a Spy and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a hunchback. His hair is white and curly. His ears are large.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: This tall, slender man wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His white hair is still thick. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She keeps her long white hair kept up in a rat tail. Her blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. A friendly and beautiful Dragonborn, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Courier father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Seraphina is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Seraphina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sage. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Shivering will drive conversation. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Shivering learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
