Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Gale's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Carter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mortician. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: A 5'3" western woman, she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She wears her white hair down. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She takes great joy in being the best Bowyer in town.

History: Born in the west to a Bowyer, Gomory learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She struck the Bowyer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is wracked by social anxiety

As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Bundrigo lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's in love; and wants his loneliness to end
