Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Ashgarn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. He has gray eyes and a brown hat with a tan feather.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the south

History: She was born in the north. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ekk was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ekk decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
