She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the west to a Glassblower, Kipper learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Roofer, but he got bored and became a Glassblower.
