History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Emen was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Merchant. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Ortegar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive.
