Description: He is lean but muscular and prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. His white fur is matted, messy, and big. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to raise his children well

Description: She prefers to wear flannel. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her cinnamon fur, when down, is lengthy. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Flame enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Born to a Blacksmith, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Pog was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pog was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bricklayer responsibilities is difficult; and he's in love

Description: She wears a grey wide-brimmed hat and grey clothes. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her scythe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. She wears a colorful flower in her white hair. Her blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She hates Dwarves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bellfounder business.
History: Helgret was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He is portly but not overly obese. His gray fur has been sun bleached extensively. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gale does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Gale was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tanner. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with pastel lining and desert motifs. Her fur is cut close to her head. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
