Description: He typically wears pastel cloth garments or leather armor. He carries with him a set of greataxes on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His lavender fur is smooth and relatively long. He has hazel eyes and a pastel hat with a white feather.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. He became a Blacksmith soon after.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a glaive on his belt. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has never given up on his painting dream.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Ur-Edin reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To protect his home; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a pastel vest and prefers blue and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and is pretty ugly. His yellow fur is singed and shortened. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Spear reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Marastyr grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Oriax lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. He has brown eyes and a blue hat with a violet feather.
Personality: Eiravel is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eiravel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
