History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Ombul's homeland. Ombul decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stableman for the past few years.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Dilettante mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
