He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Heian was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
