Description: A 6'3" northern man, he usually wears his black robe and has his greataxe always slung over his shoulder. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length green crest. His gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ghesh isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Ghesh took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: An older man who wears a white armored body suit, with a simple tan line shooting up and back down, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dondon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He struck the Adventurer job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He also hits on men, regardless of circumstances.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a club on his belt. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He has auburn hair. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 30. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length lavender fur. His yellow eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Moon hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He was born in a small desert village. Moon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length brass crest. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Aasathra was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect her home

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it, and carries glaives. His white hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Gardain is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Gardain was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She usually wears her brown robe and has her falchion always slung over her shoulder. Her beige fur is smooth and relatively long. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she feels threatened by others

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her tied-back hair is white. She has amber eyes and a black hat with a tan feather.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Mayor business.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Zagga was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Zagga's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Zagga and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she's repulsed by the pc
